It's a beautiful place with beautiful people , everyone has been amazing. After only a couple of months i could see such a big difference how my teeth looked , and through the whole process they just got better and better . Now that my braces are off I cannot believe the final result , they look absolutely beautiful . Premier were recommended by our dentist for my (nearly) 11 year old at the time. Now almost 2-years later since the initial appointment, we have finally completed the journey and my son's smile is perfect! Before commencing the treatment, we were presented with the available options to make an informed decision. Throughout the process, the Premier team were available to answer all of our questions promptly and support us. We went with Invisalign treatment and it isn't always easy to ensure that an 11 year old wears their braces as long as they should. Premier team continued to encouraged my son to do that at every appointment and I really appreciated this. The frequency of appointments ensured that he stayed on track and progressed as he should have. The result speaks for itself.The Premier Orthodontics team are friendly, experienced, professional and consistent. The products they use are of high quality. The practice is clean, presentable and easily accessible. I will definitely be using them again for my other child's orthodontics treatment.
On my dentist's recommendation, I knew I had to get braces and I was dreading the whole process, especially after visiting an orthodontist that rushed me through the appointment and seemed to focus more on aesthetics rather than bite. But then I found Premier on my neighbourhood fb group, where everyone was raving about them, and I couldn't be happier with how nice and reassuring and knowledgeable everyone was. The braces were a breeze to wear over the 19 months, thanks to the Damon system they recommended, and during my visits I was always met by such lovely people that made the whole journey a positive experience, when it could have easily been the opposite. And every time I needed an emergency appointment, they were quick to book me in, so I never felt on my own. I always felt well looked after with Premier and I always appreciated how they took the time to answer my every question and worry, in a way that the first orthodontist I'd seen didn't.
